Apprenticeships Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Development
The Level 2 Apprenticeship programme is designed for practitioners who work or wish to work with children aged 0 – 16 years and their families in settings or services whose main purpose is children’s care, learning and development. Children’s care, learning and development can take place in a great variety of places. Examples of these are: daycare centres, crèches, playgroups, hospitals, community-based programmes and schools.
Apprenticeships Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development
The Level 3 Apprenticeship programme is designed for practitioners who work or wish to work with children aged 0 – 16 years and their families in settings or services whose main purpose is children’s care, learning and development. Within children's care, learning and development examples of roles at Level 3 are: childminder, daycare supervisor, pre-school supervisor, Sure Start worker, Homestart visitor or community nursery nurse and schools.
