Apprenticeship in Hairdressing NVQ L2 From client consultations to colouring, this Apprenticeship covers all the basics of hairdressing, plus optional units on skills like promoting products, perming, or relaxing different types of hair. As an Apprentice, you’ll be working as a salon junior, assisting senior staff while training as a junior stylist in the workplace and in the College's own fully operational Renaissance Salon.

Hairdressing Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship Advanced Apprentices take the skills they learnt at Level 2 a step further by developing their cutting and colouring skills so they can carry out all the latest fashion techniques. Opportunities also exist to have more senior job roles in the hairdressing industry leading to salon management and ownership.
