These Committees assist the Corporation in carrying out its work

Membership

Audit Committee

Advises the Corporation on the college's systems of internal control, risk management and (corporate) governance arrangements.

Finance & Resources Committee

Monitors the financial position of the College. The Committee meets termly to undertake this review

Governance & Search Committee

Reviews governance arrangements and makes recommendations to the Corporation on the appointment of governors.

Quality & Curriculum Committee

Advises the Corporation on the development of the College's curriculum and the standards of student achievement, teaching and learning and of support services in the College.

Remuneration Committee

Advises the Corporation on the remuneration of senior post holders.
