Ms G Bull

Gill Bull has been the Executive Head of Policy and Communications at the London Borough of Sutton since January 2008. She has responsibility for corporate policy and partnerships work, including the Local Strategic Partnership and local area agreement, economic renewal and corporate communications. Prior to joining the London Borough of Sutton she worked for the Greater London Authority as Head of Squares and Business Development. She was the Head of Strategy and Change at the Charity Commission and held senior positions at the National Consumer Council and the Housing Corporation.
