CHRISTOS YIANNAKOU 

Christos is Managing Director of CY Training Limited a successful company he set up in 1999.  CY Training has been providing management and consultancy services at senior level to a range of public bodies and agencies, which includes interim management services, training, workshops, mentoring and coaching services to senior staff. Christos has over 25 years experience of working with senior managers, professionals and entrepreneurs. His work is characterised by a commitment to foster the achievement of an organisations goals through the development of interventions that inspire and empower individuals to work to their full potential. His main focus is on increasing personal and organisational effectiveness and successful change management.

During his time in further education he has held a number of influential cross-college leadership roles, with key responsibilities on enterprise, innovation, funding, planning and monitoring large contracts and projects. This required managing large teams, driving up performance standards through the rigorous analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators, and reporting to key stakeholders on strategy and performance issues.   

In April 2009 Christos was appointed as a non executive director for Step Ahead a successful private recruitment agency in London EC1
