Miranda is a Senior Civil Servant and works as part of the government's Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) profession. She is currently acting Chief Digital Officer at the Department for International Trade, where she leads teams to build digital platforms, products and services that make government simple, joined-up, and accessible to everyone.
Miranda has worked in the Civil Service and in consultancy across a range of government departments, including at the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. Her experience at IFATE ignited an enduring interest in, and passion for, widening access to a broader range of education.
Miranda is a classically-trained singer and can usually be found at the weekend in the choir stalls of her parish church.
