External Member of the College Remuneration Committee
Michael has worked as a reward consultant with two global firms and more recently as an independent consultant. Michael has also held a number of corporate roles including as Director of Reward for a 16,000 people business. He has also been Vice President, Reward for the CIPD.
Michael has published over 25 articles and written three books: Recognising Performance, published by the CIPD, A Guide to Non-Cash Reward, published by Kogan Page and Reward Management, published by Kogan Page, now in its third edition.
He has an MA, is a Companion of the CIPD, an Associate of the CII and a Fellow of the RSA.
