Train to Gain

Train to Gain is a service to help your business get the training it needs to succeed. It can improve productivity and competitiveness by making sure your employees have the right skills to do the best job. Train to Gain is funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC).

One of the key benefits to Train to Gain is that most qualifications will be delivered in the workplace on an assess-train-assess basis. Functional Skills screening for numeracy and literacy will also be carried out for all learners at the start of all programmes. Businesses across England whether small, medium or large can access Train to Gain, regardless of sector. Public organisations may also be eligible, providing no other funding stream is being accesses.
