Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 Adult The NVQ Care Level 3 programme has been primarily designed to meet the needs of individuals currently employed in care homes or domicilary care who want a recognised qualification to underpin their practical experience. All participants will have their own assessor/mentor to guide them through the qualification, carry out assessments in the workplace and help them build a portfolio of work related evidence. A high degree of flexibility has been built into the scheme so that participants are able to choose assessment times that suits their particular needs.

Leadership & Management for Care Services (LMCS) The LMC Level 4 course for Managers in the Care Sector. The qualification enables Managers to demonstrate their managerial and care competence at level 4. Since the introduction of the Care Standards Act 2000, all people managing in the care sector are required to have a recognised management and care qualification at level 4.
