City & Guilds 2391-10

Attendance

1 evening per week Wednesday 6pm - 9pm
FASTRACK Tuesday 28th April 2009 from 6pm - 9pm for 6 weeks only available if you have completed the 2392-10 Fundimental

Duration

10 weeks and a practical assessment, date to be confimed during course.

Description of the Course

The National Inspection Council For Electrical Installations recognise the Certificate as the requirements for qualifying managers and operatives involved in testing and certification of Electrical Installations.

Course content

The course includes practical training along with the requirements of the Guidance Notes 3 and relevant health and safety requirements for people involved with Inspection and Testing or fixed installations.

Assessment

3hour Practical assessment and 2.5 hour written exam - closed book

Who is the course for?

People wishing to carry out periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification as a competent person.

Entry requirements

It is strongly recommended that candidates have a C&G 2382 (17th edition wiring regs), C&G 2392 and either C&G 2360 Part 2 or C&G 2330 part 2 or EAL Domestic Installer (17units) Proof of these qualifications will be required so please bring your certificates to enrolment.
