The Power Assessment and Training Centre will be welcoming local businesses and learners to their free industry event on Wednesday 15 February 9am to 1pm.

The Power Centre Team are inviting exhibitors, including leading manufacturers from the gas, electrical, plumbing and renewable energy industries to provide information on their products and services. The event will include a series of free conference sessions with a focus on the future skills required to develop your business and up-skill your workforce to take advantage of opportunities with the Building Services Engineering, Construction, Digital Technology and Low Carbon sectors.

The Power Centre, a joint venture between Carshalton and Kingston Colleges, will also be providing the latest information about the range of courses on offer (including new Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency training), tours of the facilities including a fully operational Solar PV system and an opportunity to enrol on accredited courses that will give your business a vital edge to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

The event will also see the launch of The Power Centre as National Skills Academy for Environmental Technologies Lead Hub for London and the South East. This is an exciting development for the Centre as it continues to deliver employer-led, industry responsive skills solutions across a range of emerging green technology areas including Solar PV, Solar Thermal Hot Water, Air & Ground Source Heat Pumps, Biomass and Rainwater Harvesting.

From 9am to 1pm over 30 exhibitors from a host of specialist suppliers including Viessmann, Megger, VPhase and Monument Tools will be attending. The exhibition will be held in the newly built Pulse Sports Hall at Carshalton College.
