Beauty Therapy Employers Event

Beauty Therapy Level 3 students held a Beauty Employers event on Monday 11 June 2012. Prospective employers were invited into the Renaissance Beauty Salon to meet, greet and trade test our Level 3 students. A number of employers and owners of salons and spa’s attended the event and gave a presentation on themselves and what they require in a beauty therapist. They then watched the students demonstrate a range of treatments including hands on and electrical treatments while enjoying some refreshments. Following this the employers and owners interviewed students who they had been impressed by. This was a great opportunity for us to build employer links and gain employment for Level 3 students within the industry.
