Nightingales Master Baking Classes

Catering Apprentices

Carshalton College is running a series of Master Baking courses, where you can learn top cooking skills, locally but with the facilities and chefs you would find in a top London restaurant.

Learning in our in-house training restaurant, Nightingales which was established at the College over 15 years ago, our affordable flexible courses provide the opportunity to cook with experienced chefs who have a wealth of knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm to get you inspired in the kitchen.

There are two classes coming up in March with our Wednesday Cooking Tonight Speciality Classes preparing curry and dessert based menus.

Curry Night    

Wednesday 7 March 2012      6.30pm to 9.30pm   £45.00

Learn the art of authentic Indian cooking; You will be working with fresh ingredients and spices to see how they bring their magic to the dishes. Build your confidence to prepare and cook authentic dishes.

Desserts         

Wednesday 21 March 2012    6.30pm to 9.30pm   £45.00

Learn to cook delicious hot and cold desserts, traditional puddings, classic tarte tatin, ice creams, sorbets and mousses.
