Kyle Vandrine was awarded the Student of the Year award and six other students received the Outstanding Achiever award.
It is the third year the awards have taken place and provides an opportunity to congratulate the learners on their determination with students progressing onto mainstream education at Carshalton College and other local education providers.
Paul Nee, Curriculum Manager Skills for Work & Life, said: “All of our learners’ achievements are as significant as each other, regardless of how small the steps may be. Tonight has been a fantastic evening where we have celebrated another outstanding year in the skills for work and Life Dept. The staff team have worked tirelessly all year to ensure our learners are here tonight toasting their outstanding successes.”
