Advanced Chefs Diploma - Full Time This course will help you develop skills in managing and supervising staff and resources whilst working in a kitchen.
Entry Level 3 Certificate in Inrtoduction to the Hospitality Industry You will study the 10 units below throughout the year, that will prepare you to work in the Hospitality and Catering industry. you may also choose to progress onto the Level 1 Hospitality and Catering course. alongside these units you will also study for a BTEC L3 Certificate in both Workskills and Personal and Socail Development.
Hospitality Higher Diploma Level 2 + Food & Drink Service Diploma VRQ This course will give you an excellent understanding about the Hospitality Industry and provide you with the skills employers are looking for.
Introduction to Professional Cookery + Food & Drink Service Food Preparation and Cooking, Food Service and Drink, Catering Theory, Food Hygiene. Part of the course involves preparing and serving meals for the public in the College's fully equipped training restaurants. You'll also be expected to study for qualifications in Food Hygience and Health and Safety.
Level 1 Award in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry You will study the 11 units below throughout the year that will prepare you to work in the Hospitality and Catering industry. You may also choose to progress onto the Level 2 Hospitality and Catering industry course. Alongside these units you will also study for a BTEC E3 Award in Personal and Social Development.
