BTEC Entry Level 3 Award in Sport & Public Services
You will study 6 units in Sport and Public Services which will prepare you to work in the Sport or Public Services industries. You may also choose to continue onto either the Level 1 Sport or Level 1 Public Service courses. Alongside these units you will also study for a BTEC Entry Level 3 Certificate in both Workskills and Personal and Social Development.
BTEC Level 1 Diploma in Public Service You will study 11 Public Services units that will prepare you for work in the Public Service industries.You may also choose to progress onto the Level 2 Public Services course. Alongside these units you will study for BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development and Junior Sports Leaders Awards.
BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Public Services A course for school leavers who want to work in the Public Services. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to improve your chances of selection and career progression within the armed forces, emergency services, (police, fire, ambulance), security and prison services.
BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Public Services (Uniformed) A BTEC Extended Diploma is a practical, work-related course. You learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. As well as learning about the employment area you have chosen, you develop the skills you need to start a career.
