Description of the Course
The qualification is designed to develop a range of employability skills and techniques, understanding, personal qualities and attitudes essential for success in working life. Also develop learners' ability in IT through effective use and combination of the knowledge and skills gained in different parts of the qualification.

Students will also have the opportunity to study for qualifications in:

- C&G Award in Image Capture.
Students can also gain Functional Skills qualifications in English, Maths and ICT
Assessment
Assessment is done purely through coursework (written work) and practical tasks.
Who is the course for?
The course is designed for those who wish to gain practical "hands on" IT skills in the context of real jobs.

You will be asked to demonstrate your commitment in an interview.
What can I do after this course?
On successful completion, learners can progress either directly into employment or another course at Carshalton College, particularly in Media, Business or ICT.
