Description of the Course

Food Preparation and Cooking, Food Service and Drink, Catering Theory, Food Hygiene. Part of the course involves preparing and serving meals for the public in the College's fully equipped training restaurants. You'll also be expected to study for qualifications in Food Hygience and Health and Safety.

Who is the course for?

Anyone with an interest in Cooking and Food Service, who wants to work in the Hospitality industry.

Entry requirements

  • 1 GCSE at Grade C or above.
  • A pass in an appropiate Level 2 course.

What can I do after this course?

Progression to Level 2 is dependent on successful completion of Level 1.
