Entry Requirements
To attend this course you must be 19 years old or over, be legally allowed to live and work in the UK and have lived in the UK or EU for the last 3 years Pass a short assessment for English and maths -
Course Content
The course includes understanding Good Customer Service, Consumer Law and how to deal with Customer Queries and Complaints. understanding payments and the control, receipt and storage of stock. -

Course Structure
The course will be distance learning over 8 weeks with some face to face meetings with an assessor - ensuring all government guidelines for coronavirus are being carried out, handwashing , wearing a face covering and social distancing. -
Assessment Details
You will need to complete the learning resources provided ( workbooks) which will be marked and assessed. Once completed you will be awarded a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.
