Nightingales is the College's on-site training restaurant. Meals are prepared and served by our enthusiastic students under the supervision of experienced chefs. The restaurant is open to the public for lunch, dinner, functions and business events.

For part of our student’s training, we have set them the task of organising their own events working in their tutor groups at Level 2 and independently at Level 3.

As a result we have 7 special themed events coming up!
