Level 5 Certificate in Education in Further Education and Skills (CertEd FES)
This course is run in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University. It qualifies you to work in the further education and skills sector, including prisons, pupil referral units and workplace settings.

Introductory Course Info HE
You'll be observed teaching, and in the different modules you'll have to present, write essays, carry out research and keep a professional development record. You'll start at Level 4 and advance through to Level 5 over the course. -
Entry Requirements
Level 3 in your specialist subject (speak to us if you have a lot of industry experience instead). Level 2 in English and maths (please see the ETF approved list of English and maths Level 2 qualifications). Be able to demonstrate Level 1 ICT skills in an interview. You must already have teaching, either paid or unpaid. We will ask your employer to sign an agreement for:- 250 hours of placement, which includes 150 hours of teaching over two years
